Dr. Ifeanyi Nsofor

Dr. Ifeanyi Nsofor is a public health physician, behavioral scientist, and global health leader with over 27 years of experience. A graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University and the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, University of Liverpool, he is Co-founder of the Africa Behavioral Science Network Inc. His work advances health equity, strengthens health systems, and promotes evidence-informed healthcare globally. In 2020, New African Magazine named him one of the 100 Most Influential Africans.
Dr. Obinna Oleribe

Dr Oleribe is a physician, public health practitioner, researcher, and academic leader with extensive experience in health systems design, leadership, management, and global health. Currently, he teaches Public Health, Research Methods, Leadership, and Management at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and Yo San University in Los Angeles, California. He received advanced training from several globally renowned institutions, including Harvard Medical School, Harvard Business School, Johns Hopkins University, Walden University, the University of Port Harcourt, the University of Benin, and the University of Nicosia. His multidisciplinary educational background has equipped him with expertise spanning clinical medicine, public health, research, biomedical acupuncture, health systems strengthening, leadership, and organizational management. Throughout his distinguished career, he has led, advised, and supported health system initiatives across North America, Africa, and Europe. His consulting portfolio includes collaborations with leading international and national organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), BroadReach, AFENET, and the Nigerian National AIDS and STI Control Programme (formerly the National Agency for the Control of AIDS). He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP), Royal College of Physicians, London (FRCP), and American College of Academic International Medicine (ACAIM). His work focuses on leadership development, implementation science, health systems strengthening, healthcare innovation, and capacity building, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary and multisectoral approaches to improving population health outcomes. A recognized advocate for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in healthcare and public health, he champions the integration of emerging technologies to enhance health service delivery, research, education, and decision-making. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and several books, including Leadership and Management for Health Workers (2022) and Life Management (2026). Through his scholarship, teaching, consulting, and leadership, he continues to contribute to the advancement of resilient health systems and sustainable global health solutions.

Dr. Bola Gobir
Member
Dr. Gobir has over 25 years of experience in public health and comparative health systems, with a focus on evidence-based policy to address community-level health challenges. His work centers on infectious diseases, particularly HIV and TB, as well as health security and health informatics. He has led large-scale training, care, treatment, research, and digital health initiatives across Nigeria, developing sustainable solutions for public health programs. His projects, funded by the US CDC, U.S. Department of State, CDC Foundation, Global Fund, and Gates Foundation, span Africa. He is an Associate Professor at Georgetown University Center for Global Health and Impact and the Chief Executive Officer of Georgetown Global Health Nigeria
