Capacity Building for the Community Case Workers

The Community Case Workers (CCWs) Review Meeting is a regular forum for reviewing case workers’ activities, assessing service delivery and tracking progress towards project targets. The meeting provides an opportunity to examine services provided to beneficiaries based on their identified needs, strengthen case management practices, identify challenges, and agree on practical solutions to improve service delivery.

The August 2026 review meeting aimed to assess service delivery during the month, review progress towards achieving the project enrolment target, strengthen Data Quality Assurance (DQA) and case file documentation, and provide a platform for experience sharing, feedback and discussion of challenges encountered by case workers during their community activities.

The meeting focused on reviewing the quality and coverage of services provided to beneficiaries, assessing enrolment progress, and identifying gaps requiring follow-up. Case workers also reviewed data management and documentation practices to ensure that beneficiary records were complete, accurate and properly maintained. Participants shared field experiences, discussed challenges affecting their work and collectively explored appropriate solutions to improve performance and beneficiary outcomes.

The meeting served as an important platform for performance monitoring, accountability, learning and continuous improvement, while strengthening the capacity of case workers to effectively respond to beneficiary needs and contribute to the achievement of project targets.
