
Princess Osita-Oleribe
Princess Osita-Oleribe is the Co-Founder of Centre For Family Health Initiative; not-for-profit organization, committed to the promotion of health and protection of the well-being of families in Africa. She holds a Master of Science degree in International Health Policy and Management and an MBA in Non-Profit Management from Brandeis University, USA.
Her postgraduate diploma in Gender Studies from University of Abuja, Nigeria is in view. Prior to these, she graduated from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria with Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.. She is a certified practitioner in project management (PRINCE 2), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Kenneth Onyewuchi
Kenneth Onyewuchi is a certified practitioner in project management (PRINCE 2), with extensive experience in building and managing successful compliance development programs. He is also a data manager with experience in coordinating medium-scale data management processes. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and several professional certifications from both national and international institutions in project management, leadership, data management, research, monitoring and evaluation.
Kenneth is driven by a mission to impact the wellbeing of all through evidence-based project design and implementation. He has worked on the conceptualization, implementation and monitoring of many health research, and socio-economic development project. He has supported the development of several strategic documents and publications in both national and international journals. He has facilitated the capacity building of professionals in the private and public sector. Kenneth has provided Data management-related consultancy services for World Health Organization, Solina Group, Malaria Consortium, Maryland Global Initiatives Corporation among others.
Currently, He is the General Manager for Centre For Family Health Initiative; a non-governmental organization committed to improving the wellbeing of families. He also heads the Organization’s Policy and Research Unit. In this role, he contributes clear and achievable proposals and strategic plans in line with organization’s mission, direct and oversee programme evaluation and research; oversee development of policy documents. He also provides leadership for several developmental projects being implemented by the organization across several states and regions. Kenneth is happily married and loves to spend time with family.

Krystal Anyanwu
Krystal Anyanwu, a Social Entrepreneur who takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development, with keen interest in Public Health towards improving quality of care and service. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, and brings them together into a coherent whole. She is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action while at the same time is grounded in project management, information technology, capacity building, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation that levers the organization. She leads mainly by example, always doing her best and encouraging others to do the same.
Currently, as the Executive Director at Centre for Family Health Initiative (CFHI), Krystal oversees the operations of the non-political, non-religious, not-for-profit organization including engaging in key donor and partner activities. She ensures the creation, development and implementation of strategies designed to grow and realize the organizations mission.
Previously, as Administrative Manager, Krystal aids CFHI in problem solving, grant probing, project planning and management and as Line Manager for University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB), She successfully trained over 80 field staff and led teams on Real-Time Data Monitoring across the six geo-political zones of the Federal Republic of Nigeria where UMB and the Federal Ministry of Health used the power of technology, communication and survey methods to provide constant review and feedback towards improving survey data quality during the Nigeria HIV/AIDS Indicator and Impact Survey (NAIIS), the largest HIV household survey in the world with over 99,000 household and 220,225 individuals. She was also involved in the development of NAIIS State, Zonal and National fact sheets that was presented by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 14th March 2019.
Krystal holds a Bachelor’s degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with various professional certifications. As a mother she brings a unique perspective to the juggling act women face balancing motherhood and professional lives.
Mark Kadala
Mark Kaadala is a Certified National Accountant (ANAN) with an MBA in Disaster and Risk Management and a B.Sc. in Accounting. He is a finance professional with over six years of experience in the NGO and humanitarian sector, specializing in financial management, donor compliance, and reporting.
Mark possesses advanced expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, budget preparation, and grants management. He currently serves as the Finance Manager at the Centre for Family Health Initiative (CFHI), Abuja. Prior to joining CFHI, he worked with African Youth for Peace Development and Empowerment (AFRYDEV), the World Health Organization (WHO), and ACTED Nigeria.
Fluent in both English and Hausa, Mark is committed to promoting accountability, transparency, and efficiency in the management of humanitarian project funds.
Lucy Onyemah
Lucy Onyemah is a legal practitioner with (LL. B) (Hons) and Diploma in Law from the University of Jos. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013 with 4 years post call experience in private legal practice upon completion of her National Youth Service before joining the organization in 2018.
Lucy started herLucy legal practice at Georgina Amoni & Associates and later joined the Law firm of Justice Eyare Orga & Co as Legal officer ii. Over the years, she has horned her skills in legal drafting and conveyance as well as conducting research into building of legal cases and processes for litigation. Driven by a passion to promoting Human Rights for all compelled her to explore the non-profit sector.
Currently, she heads the Human Resources and Legal Unit for Centre for Family Health Initiative and in this capacity coordinates the smooth running of the unit while ensuring that CFHI brand integrity is maintained. As well as compliance with laws and regulations as it relates to non-profit organization.
Christiana Arome
Christiana Aroma is a prolific moderator and anchor with excellent communication and knowledge management skills, a content developer with passion for photography. She is a certified project manager, linguist and public health practitioner with over five years’ experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literature and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health and Health Management, with professional certifications from both national and international institutions in project management and Girl Centered Design.
She has worked extensively in supporting community-based orphans and vulnerable children programs to build improved routine monitoring systems and to collect information that is fit-for-purpose, including information for identifying beneficiaries (targeting), case management, and routine program monitoring, facilitated and supervised the capacity building of professionals in the private and public sector, provided Data management-related consultancy services for Clinton Health Access Initiative, Centre for Communication and Social Impact, Health Policy Plus, and more.
Christiana Arome is currently the Head of Communication Department for Centre for Family Health Initiative. She develops communication plan for programs, drive demand for organization’s products and services, ensure engagement of organization’s physical and social media audience on activities and initiatives, co-manage all web-based communication platforms of the organization, develop media materials for internal and external engagements, capture high quality action moments during project activities and events. She also organizes and implements events for the organization during the commemoration of special days.
Chioma Nnajiofor
Chioma Nnajiofor Anyaegbu is a dedicated Program Manager with over five years’ management experience and strong capabilities in Public health space. She is passionate about humanity and has excellent skill in advocacy and stakeholder’s engagement.
Between 2015 and 2016, she led a team that implemented HIV intervention project (ACTION PLUS UP) in Lafia, Nasarawa State. This project was funded by Institute of Human Virology in Nigeria (IHVN). In 2017, she effectively coordinated the Women and Youth Empowerment (WYNE) project in Ngor-Okpala, Imo State. The WYNE project was funded by US Consulate with the aim of ending female genital mutilation as well as the economic empowerment of the youths and women.
Currently, Chioma is the State Lead at CFHI Imo state projects, coordinating the activities of Diabetes Awareness and Care project as well as support the implementation of Capacity Building and Community Awareness Project (CCAP) which aims at building the capacity of unskilled community birth attendants on basic maternal and child health care, documentation and effective referral system.
Temitope Christiana Samuel
Temitope Christiana Samuel has dedicated over ten years to advancing public health initiatives in Nigeria, with a focus on HIV/AIDS, maternal health, and programs for vulnerable children. Beginning her career as a microbiologist, she transitioned into program management and community engagement, where her expertise in project management and stakeholder collaboration has led to measurable improvements in service delivery.
Currently leading the Community Case Management Project at the Centre for Family Health Initiative, Temitope combines her scientific background with strategic leadership to promote sustainable health interventions. She holds an MBA, which complements her technical experience with strong business and management acumen.
Fluent in English and Yoruba, Temitope is passionate about empowering communities through health education, advocacy, and inclusive program design.
